Passion & fun first. We are a 23 seat Sushi & Yakitori restaurant created by Kengo Kato and Joshua Wagy. We have what we call the yakitori bar along side the small open kitchen. This provides a standing waiting area for those wanting to sit down or just grab a few sticks of yakitori and a beverage.
The restaurant is first come first serve. We have a chalk board to sign in over the yakitori bar, as we bus seats we will go down the names on the board. We only take reservations for OMAKASE (leave it up to chef) at the sushi bar. We do our best to accommodate special occasions and larger than 4 parties also.
The Quick on Chef Kengo Kato
Chef was born and raised in NYC and grew up in his families Manhattan restaurants.
He has worked in fun underground Yakitori spots to a Michelin star Sushi restaurant.
Traveled around the country helping open a multitude of restaurants doing different cuisines.
Landed in Toledo.
